Managed Services & Infrastructure
A Neurho team runs your infrastructure and IT services to written SLAs, and reports to you on them every month.
Our service commitments
- You know what to expect
- Availability, response and resolution times: set before the service starts, measured and reviewed with you every month.
- Experts who answer for it
- Our experienced service teams take over your service with its documentation and its access, then improve it cycle after cycle.
- A partner, in person
- A dedicated Neurho Single Point of Contact (SPOC) reports to you on the service in person, at your offices, and agrees the priorities with you.
- Full traceability
- Every access, change and incident is logged: who, what and when.
Your service, month after month
At the start, the SLAs are agreed and the service taken over. Then, every month: your SPOC reports, you decide, the team improves the service.
Set-up
Scoping
Before the start, you know what is covered, and to which service level.
Takeover
The Neurho service team takes over the service, its documentation and its access.
The monthly cycle
Operations
The service runs to the SLAs; incidents are resolved and documented.
Reporting
Your SPOC reports on the SLAs and reviews them with you.
Prioritise
Fixes, changes, improvements: you choose the order.
Improvement
The team corrects and improves the service before the next cycle.
Your new priorities
Results, every month.
SLAs measured and reported
Against the levels set in the contract, reviewed with your SPOC.
Incidents resolved and documented
What happened, when, and how it was resolved: all of it documented.
A service that improves
The team works first on what matters to you.
Evidence for NIS2 and DORA
Service reports give your compliance team the records it needs. The assessment of your own compliance stays with you and your auditors.
- Access
- Who accessed what, and when.
- Changes
- What changed in the service, and when.
- Incidents
- Handled, resolved and documented, against the SLAs.
Security and compliance
The rules your service has to support in the European Union.
NIS2
Since 18 October 2024
The NIS2 Directive requires essential and important entities to manage their cybersecurity risks, including those in their supply chain, and to report significant incidents. A managed service is part of that supply chain, and its records support your own evidence.
DORA
Since 17 January 2025
DORA has applied to banks, insurers and investment firms since 17 January 2025, including a register of ICT third-party providers and exit plans.
Data Act
Since 12 September 2025
The EU Data Act has applied since 12 September 2025 and ends switching charges for cloud and data processing services from 12 January 2027. Our exit plans follow the same logic.
Data protection
GDPR
GDPR compliant. Client data hosted in the European Union.
An exit planned from the start
The exit plan is written before the service starts. It sets out how the service is returned to you, or transferred to another provider.
The documentation
Kept during the service, and handed over with it.
Access
Passed on in an orderly way.
Your data
Returned when the service ends.
